A. (1) On February 14, 2015, the Defendant, who was awarded a subcontract for part of the production work of facilities from Hyundai item, Inc., which was subcontracted for the construction work of partially manufacturing facilities, to Hyundai item Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”), entered into a contract for construction work with the Defendant and B (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the terms of “C 1, 2 coal handling facilities ASBC shock and painting construction work” at a contract price of KRW 300,00,000 (excluding value-added tax). The main content is as follows.

Article 1 Contract Goods and Goods, Purchase and Amount

1. The name of the construction work: The project operator shall carry out the shock and painting of the coal treatment facilities ASBC agreed on the project, including C1 and 2 coal treatment facilities;

2. Details of the project: ASBCV-02A/B, 03A/B, 08A/B, 09A/B, 10A/B remaining 5 (Separate Attachment to the Do Governor)

3. Contract amount: 300,000,000 won - Additional tax table.

4. Contract period: February 14, 2015 to March 31, 2015 (the payment period specified at the defendant's request by each month)

5. The scope of construction: CV-02A/B, CV 03A/B, CV 08A/B, CV 09A/B, CV 09A/B, CV-10A/B, after the seal of the KV-02A/CV-10A/B, the remainder, paints and equipment-saving (excluding transportation)

6. Scope of construction: Terms and conditions of payment of seals specified in Article 2 in accordance with the production drawings and specifications;

(a) Advance payment: No one; and

B. Monthly (90%) : After product inspection remainder, payment shall be made after receipt of progress payment to the Defendant’s original office.

(c) Balance (10%): To be paid after the receipt of defective performance guarantee securities after the completion of the delivery;

Article 3 (Contract Payment Period 1) CV-08, 09, 10-10 - February 14, 2015 to February 28, 2015) CV-02, 03- - From March 1, 2015 to March 31, 2015, the manufacturing process and schedule notification

1.B shall submit to the Defendant in writing at any time in the event of changes in the production SCHDUE once a day of the commencement and progress of the production.

4. To prepare an application and make a record in line with the Defendant’s inspection regulations seven days before the quality inspection is conducted;
