The Defendant is a person who operates a restaurant, “C,” located in Chungcheong-gun B.

A person who prepares and sells agricultural and fishery products or products processed therefrom shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion among them. However, the Defendant purchased 20 kmg in total of domestic Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese emulchi around November 21, 2017 and around January 9, 2018, and around that time provided 13 km in the above restaurant among Korean emulation and kimchi purchased at the above restaurant as above, and falsely indicated the place of origin of the kimchi in the country of origin on the emulation board as “Korean emulation: Korean emulation and Korean emulation powder: Chinese emulation.”
