1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 39,006,288 and KRW 38,258,102 from May 26, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment based on the assertion of confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the defendant submitted a formal written objection with the service of the original copy of the payment order and did not appear on the date for pleading after the subsequent reply, it is deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession under Article 150 of the
