The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the facts charged. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the intent of defraudation in the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes

In addition, the argument that the judgment of the court below contains an error of incomplete deliberation or erroneous determination of facts as to the calculation of the amount of damage is not a legitimate ground for appeal, which is alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant or by the court below's authority.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
