A. The Defendant borrowed KRW 138,00,000 from the Plaintiff and agreed to pay the Plaintiff the said money up to December 30, 2010, with the interest of KRW 25% per annum from the next day of the unpaid payment, or with the agreement to pay the Plaintiff with the interest of KRW 138,00,000,00, in full view of the respective entries and arguments stated in subparagraphs A through 4.

B. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 138,00,000 won with the interest rate of 25% per annum from December 31, 2010 to the date of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
