Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 26, 2018, the Defendant driving a driver’s license without obtaining a driver’s license on July 26, 2018, on the road from the front of the Gohap-do Hospital, Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, to the front of the road located in 737-20, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeongcheon-do, to the front of the 73-1km road.
