The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts) is that the Defendant, who received the right-hand signal, passed the shooting distance, and is not straight at the time when the two left-hand turn turn is transmitted in violation of the signal.
2. The lower court also rejected the Defendant’s assertion in detail, on the grounds that the Defendant had the same assertion as above, stated the Defendant’s argument in the column of the evidence of the judgment.
Examining the above judgment of the court below in comparison with the records, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and the above conclusion does not change even if the defendant sent the image of No. 1 (Ba) submitted in the trial.
Defendant’s assertion is without merit.
3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
