Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2017, around 23:35, the Defendant entered the victim C (44) (hereinafter referred to as the "victim") to the back seat of the Dog-dong in Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City by getting on the back seat of the Dog-ro (44) and then opened the victim's face in order to prevent the victim from getting on the 65m of the Dog-dong in front of the Dog-gu in order to get on the Dog and to get on the Dog-ro at about 80km.
