Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On August 9, 2018, the Plaintiff prepared a notarial deed as indicated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition that the Defendant bears the obligation to pay goods in KRW 77,724,179 against the Defendant. Since the Plaintiff repaid KRW 92,00,000 from August 31, 2018 to November 2, 2018, it seeks to exclude the enforcement force of the said notarial deed. 2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
