1. As to KRW 42,878,189 and KRW 42,620,460 among the Plaintiff, Defendant A shall be from June 30, 2015 to October 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On October 6, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) reduced the interest rate on the part of the claim for delay from the day after the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment at 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Act No. 1358, Oct. 6, 2015).
