1. On November 12, 2014, at around 19:50, the Defendant, at around 19:50, driven approximately 100 meters in front of the instant vehicle, from the street shop in front of the Taejin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 0.271% of blood alcohol level, via the street store in front of the restaurant, thereby driving the said vehicle again from the street store in front of the said cafeteria.
