The judgment of the first instance.
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. Although the plaintiff applied for an appraisal in the court of first instance on the high rate, the appraisal procedure did not proceed due to the failure to pay the plaintiff's appraisal fees, and the evidence submitted in the court of first instance and the evidence Nos. 15 and 16 submitted in the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate in full view of the facts-finding and determination
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is as follows: (a) in addition to the rejection of additional testimony by E by a witness of a party who is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) thus,
