Punishment of the crime
On July 14, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Seoul Southern District Court.
On November 27, 2019, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven a car with C an Abososch Rexn in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.132% in the section of approximately 3km at the front of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the roads located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City New-ro 6-dong.
The Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
