1. The defendant shall pay KRW 20,528,547 to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The Plaintiff leased KRW 79,00,00 to the Defendant, respectively, on June 4, 2010, by setting the loan of general funds for loans, repayment date, June 4, 2013, agreement rate of KRW 6.7% per annum, and delay damages rate of KRW 22% per annum. In the auction procedure on real estate owned by the Defendant, the Plaintiff collected part of the principal and interest or delay damages on the loan as of January 9, 2015, which remains in KRW 20,528,547 for delay damages on the loan as of January 9, 2015, may be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the following arguments: there is no dispute between the parties, or all the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2. Accordingly, the Defendant is liable to pay KRW 20,528,547 to the Plaintiff.
If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
