1. The defendant shall jointly and severally with the plaintiff 120,000,000 won and KRW 171,88,981 and one of them shall be limited to 10,000.
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1-4, the plaintiff lent KRW 100 million to Eul on July 26, 2012, with the maturity date fixed on July 26, 2013. The defendant jointly guaranteed the above debt within the scope of KRW 120 million, and the defendant did not pay the above amount at the maturity date, and on October 30, 2017, the total amount of principal and interest on bonds as of October 30, 2017, the total amount of principal and interest on bonds as of October 171, 88,981, and damages rate of KRW 15% per annum can be acknowledged. Thus, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff KRW 171,88,981 and KRW 100,000 among them, and KRW 100,000 per annum from October 31, 2017 to 15 per annum.
The plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
