1. On May 2015, the Defendant was issued a proposal to the effect that “Ising, singing, singing, singing, and searching for money,” which was introduced through CR from the first police officer on the violation of the Special Act on the Prevention of Loss from Telecommunications-based Financial Fraud and Refund of Loss, and the Defendant’s use of computer, etc.: (a) introduced CTS to the above CS after withdrawal with the Defendant; (b) around that time, Is, CT, and the Defendant introduced it to the said CS; and (c) then, I sent the money deposited in the account in the name of a third party using the above information, including the password of the account, to an unspecified number of victims, as criminal or prosecution investigators, and then, (d) sent the money deposited in the account in the name of a third party by means of cash transfer in accordance with the above CTS’s order.

On May 19, 2015, around 13:32, 2015 according to the above public offering, the liability for inducing the deposit in name was made by phone call to the victim CU (nb, 27 years of age) and was committed as if the victim CU was the Seoul Central District Prosecutor, and there was a passbook in the name of the party and the one bank passbook was discovered. As the party is required to investigate whether the victim is a perpetrator or a victim, first of all, the party's false statement was made to the effect that the victim cooperates in the investigation by telephone, and then the victim was allowed to access the false public prosecutor's office site (CW), and the "receiving the victim's report" at the bottom of the relevant site was made to enter the number and password of the new bank account number (CX) and password of the victim's name. On the same day, at around 14:46, the victim's information acquired from the victim's OTP card number and other financial information.
