The defendant of "2014 Highest 1047" is a person who actually operates C.

On September 9, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with the victim F through E, an employee of the said company, to purchase KRW 177,50,000,000, a special equipment vehicle of the said company (including capitals) from the owner of the said company, through E, the Defendant: (a) paid the down payment of KRW 150,000,000,000,000 from the owner of the said vehicle; and (b) paid the remainder of KRW 27,00,000,000,000,000,000,000, from the owner of the said vehicle, to receive the refund of value-added tax later; and (c) paid the remainder after receiving the refund of value-added tax on the one’s passbook, seal, and password. As such, the Defendant would at all be able to purchase the said vehicle and arrange distribution movement from Samsung semiconductor, and thus, would be able to pay the principal and interest of the said service capital.”

However, even if the victim took out a loan of KRW 150 million from the Korean Capital for the purpose of paying the vehicle price, and pays it to MTT, the amount of KRW 60 million among them was considered to have been returned from the victim MT to the above passbook in the name of the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim receive a loan of KRW 150 million from the Korean Capital Capital on the same day for the payment of the above vehicle price, and paid KRW 60 million among them to MT, and acquired the above 60 million pecuniary benefits by receiving a return from MT on the same day.

On November 9, 2013, the defendant of "2014 Highest 1540" filed a complaint against the defendant at the 101 Dong-dong parking lot, Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City around 22:0 on November 9, 2013, and against the case in which the victim G (the age of 43) filed a complaint against the defendant in fraud (the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, 2013 punishment No. 77571).
