Criminal facts
1. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) driven a CBMW car at around 00:40, and stopped at the crosswalk in front of the H church located in Daegu Dong-gu G for signal waiting, while going to FN distance far from the E stop located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant temporarily stopped at the crosswalk (I suitable for the I gas station).
The Defendant discovered the victim J(Y, 20 years of age) and his friendship, and proposed to do so. The Defendant refused to do so, and led the Defendant to forcibly commit an indecent act by driving away from the victim.
Around that time, the Defendant parked the said car at the K cafeteria parking lot next to the above church, and subsequently, the Defendant saw the victim who gets her flick in the crosswalk and walked toward the stop place of the mixed E, thereby driving away approximately 300 meters.
In front of a restaurant in Daegu Dong-gu L, the Defendant got the victim's back to his own son, prevented the victim from suffering with two descendants, and exceeded the floor, and caused the victim to be faced with head in the cafeteria of the above cafeteria.
