1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,30,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively.
