1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from April 22, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On November 27, 2010 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant indicating the claim, a lease agreement was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 100,000 for the leased housing located in C, and the Plaintiff paid the lease deposit to the Defendant. The Plaintiff paid the lease deposit to the Defendant on the ground that the instant lease agreement was terminated due to the process of voluntary auction on the said real estate.
