1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 27, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The reason of claims is stated in the attached Table, except in cases where the right of participation of creditors is deemed to be the group of plaintiffs', the right of participation of debtors is deemed to be the group of defendants'';
(2) On December 8, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) reduced the interest rate on the claim for delay damages from the day after the delivery of the payment order to the day of full payment at 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Public Notice).
