The Defendant, from July 200 to April 2010, was an article of the Victim C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”)’s water purifier A/S, and from April 201 to February 26, 2012, was a person who served as an instructor of the Victim Co., Ltd’s S/M center education. The Defendant, while working as above, intended to sell water purifiers to customers and sell them to other water purifier dealers and embezzled them.

1. Around July 8, 2010, the Defendant, at the E Center of the Victim Company located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, sold the 1,000,000 won worth of KRW 1,00,00 to G, etc., who is a water purifier dealer, after being released from F, a water purifier installer’s total selling price of 4,00,000 won for e-mail Plus (person in charge) owned by the victim company.

The Defendant, including that, from that time until February 24, 2012, sold and embezzled a total of 482,947,60 won of water purifiers and a total of 56 bits at least 145 times, such as the attached list of crimes (1).

2. On June 14, 2010, the Defendant, at the E Center of the Victim Company located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, sold 500,000 won worth of KRW 500,00,00, at around that time, after receiving a shipment of an amount equivalent to KRW 2,00,20 from H, the victim company’s possession of water purifiers from the victim company (a water purifier installer).

In addition, the Defendant arbitrarily sold 37 water purifiers equivalent to the total amount of KRW 71,146,600 between September 8, 2010 and embezzled from around 19 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

3. Around June 2, 2010, the Defendant received from the E Center of the Victim Company located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the sales price of KRW 485,100 for the two-year sales price of the two-way, the victim company owned by the Defendant, at the E Center of the Victim Company in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and stored for business purposes.
