1. The Defendant is from 10,000,000 to 54.86 square meters on the first floor of the building indicated in the attached Table from April 9, 2019 to 10,000.
On March 14, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a deposit of KRW 10,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 700,000 on the 1st floor of the building indicated in the attached Table to the Defendant on March 14, 2018; (b) the fact that the Defendant did not pay a rent from April 9, 2019 is either not in dispute between the parties; or (c) may be recognized by the respective statements in subparagraphs A and 3; and (d) on September 2, 2019, the said lease was terminated around September 2, 2019, where the duplicate of the instant complaint containing the expression of intent of termination on the grounds of delinquency in rent was delivered to the Defendant
As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of money calculated by deducting the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 700,000 per month from April 9, 2019 to the completion date of delivery of KRW 54.86 square meters on the first floor of the building from April 9, 2019 to the date of delivery of KRW 54.86 square meters as requested by the Plaintiff.
If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
