1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from February 23, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 5, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) determined that interest of KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant was KRW 1,000,000 (24% per annum); and (b) lent a loan without setting the due date.
B. The Defendant: (a) around April 2016, KRW 700,000, KRW 700,000 around May of the same year; (b) around June of the same year; (b) KRW 700,000 around July of the same year; and (c) KRW 700,000 around August of the same year; and (d) KRW 300,000 around August of the same year; and
9. 7. 500,000 Won paid a total of 3,600,000 won, and the liaison was cut down.
C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in the claim to the plaintiff.
