1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,935,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 22, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That "creditor" shall be deemed "Plaintiff" and "debtor" shall be deemed "Defendant".
2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
