The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 22:00 on April 29, 2019, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting the victim C (n,60 years of age) who was aware of business in front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and satisf, once as a satch with a satch, and bating with a satch with a batf, etc. on several occasions.
2. The facts charged of the instant case are those not prosecuted against the express will of the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.
However, according to the records, the victim can recognize the fact that he/she withdraws his/her previous wish to punish the defendant after instituting the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure
