B On February 7, 2014, the Incheon District Court sentenced 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on February 15, 2014.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-principal committed a crime by approaching those who wish to purchase goods at the used goods trading site for the purpose of preparing living expenses while going out and living without any particular occupation or income, and by dividing them into contact books, withdrawal books, etc., and receiving the advance money, and then deceiving them.

On May 6, 2014, the Defendants discovered a letter on the Internet portal site NVER Kabane that they want to purchase the victim E-mail points in the bulletin board, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendants would transfer the above MV points if they contacted the victims to transfer KRW 104,000.

However, the Defendants did not hold the above points, and there was no intention or ability to sell the above points because they thought to use them as living expenses, etc. even if they received money from the victims, due to their economic difficulties.

The Defendants received 104,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in Defendant A’s name on the same day.

In addition, from around that time to May 15, 2014, the Defendants received 323,000 won from the victims over five times, as shown in No. 1 to No. 5 of the List of Crimes 1.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce victims to receive goods.
