The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is that “(i) the Plaintiff is liable for the payment of at least KRW 140,000 for the intermediate payment of KRW 20,000 for the above 20,000,000 for the above 30,000 intermediate payment of KRW 1,430,000 for the above 20,000 for the above 30,000 intermediate payment of KRW 20,00 for the above 40,000 for the above 20,000 intermediate payment of KRW 1,430,00 for the above 20,000 for the above 30,000 intermediate payment of KRW 5,00 for the above 20,000 for the above 30,000,000 intermediate payment of KRW 50,000 for the above 20,000 for the above 30,000,000 for the above 30,006,016.
2. Accordingly, the judgment of the court of first instance dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim seeking payment of unpaid service costs is justifiable.
