1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from October 10, 1997 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act is amended to "Seoul Central District Court 2004da41529" in Section 2 of the cause of the claim, because the "Seoul Central District Court 2004da41529" is a clerical error.
