The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The Defendant appealed against the lower judgment on May 12, 2010, and filed an appeal. However, the facts that the Defendant was served with the notification of the receipt of the receipt of the trial records on November 6, 2012 are apparent in the record, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it does not contain any grounds for ex officio examination on the record. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
