근저당권말소
1. As to the Plaintiff with respect to the land for factory 1151 square meters in Dong-si, Chuncheon-si, the Defendant:
(a) the Chuncheon District Court;
1. The following facts are acknowledged either as a dispute between the parties, or as a whole, as evidence of Nos. 1, 2, 3-1 to 4, 4-1 to 6, 5, 6-1, 2, 1 to 3, 4-1, 2, 5-1, 4-2, and 5 to 10, and 5-1, 2, 5-10, and 10, respectively, and there is no counter-proof.
In order to move to an agro-industrial complex located in Dong-si, Jung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, the name company (hereinafter referred to as "non-party company") had its head office and a factory in the relative Dong-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul. In August 2008, the company filed an application with the Plaintiff for a subsidy under the "Support Project for Location Location Location of Enterprise Relocated in Seoul Metropolitan Area".
B. On November 6, 2008, the Minister of Knowledge Economy decided to grant 600,540,000 won of location subsidy to the non-party company to Gangwon-do in accordance with the State's Financial Support Standards for attracting Enterprises to Local Governments. On November 18, 2008, the Governor of Gangwon-do decided to grant 600,540,000 won as location subsidy to the non-party company and 300,270,000 won as location subsidy to the non-party company in accordance with the Gangwon-do Ordinance on Promotion of Enterprise and Investment Inducement. The plaintiff made a decision to grant the non-party company the location subsidy to the non-party company to the non-party company as a subsidized business operator in accordance with the Gangwon-do Ordinance on Promotion of Enterprise and Investment Inducement, etc. around December 2008 (the government subsidy 600,540,000 won, 300,270,000 won, and 300,700,000 won.
C. On June 12, 2008, the non-party company entered into a contract with the Plaintiff to purchase 20,205 square meters of the factory site of 69-2 square meters in the Dong-si, Yancheon-si, Yancheon-do. On December 9, 2008, the non-party company purchased 20,205 square meters of the factory site of 244,278,450 square meters from the Plaintiff. On December 9, 2008, the non-party company purchased 1151 square meters of the factory site of 1151 square meters in the Dong-si, Ycheon-si (hereinafter “instant land”).
