Punishment of the crime
On November 18, 2014, at around 23:08, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in B, under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.090% (motor vehicle measurement) from the area of approximately 200 meters to the front of the restaurant in the Republic of Korea, in which it is impossible to identify the trade name near the Southern river located in the Southern-si, Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si.
