1. The Defendant, from May 3, 2018 to May 20, 2018, up to May 20, 2018, posted a letter stating that he/she will take photographs of several performances, such as the Kcont, contributed by the “J” of the Internet SNS Twitter using the Internet Twitter (Account I), and then received KRW 1,860,000 from the victim in contact with him/her through GH account and M account to receive KRW 1,860,000 from the victim.

3. From September 5, 2017 to February 15, 2018, the Defendant, through Internet SNS Twitter (Account B), posted a letter on the joint purchase of goods, such as E Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon Pon P on the part of G bank, and acquired it by fraud.

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to sell Potobanes using Twitter (B) at Fluter around February 20, 2018, and told the victimO who reported and contacted to send money.

However, the facts did not have the intention or ability to send the sobane.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and received KRW 21,00 from the victim's account under the name of the defendant (G bank H) and then deposited KRW 21,00 as shown in the separate list of crimes in attached Table 2.
