1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On June 4, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) decided on June 1, 2014 as the lease deposit amount of KRW 2 million; (b) KRW 330,000 per month; and (c) the lease period from June 10, 2014 to June 9, 2015; and (d) the Defendant paid only the rent from June 10, 2014 to August 9, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff is in arrears with the payment of two or more rents; and (c) the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract; and (d) requested the Defendant to return the leased object and to pay the overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
