1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 326,314,616.

Reasons

1. A loan bond (such as interest, etc.) under a loan agreement made on March 16, 201 to the Defendant of the Han Savings Bank, Han Savings Bank, the indication of the claim, was transferred in sequence to the Plaintiff on December 19, 2014, and December 20, 2014. On January 20, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim for acquisition of transfer money against the Defendant following the Plaintiff’s notification to the Defendant upon delegation of the Plaintiff’s notification authority.
