Punishment of the crime
On June 5, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven a car as B Belgium under the influence of alcohol content of about 50 percent from the 50th day before the discount mat of the subtransmitting apartment located in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, to the 47th day before the same retransmitting apartment.
