On February 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the crime of rape by the District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on December 12, 2013.

1. A crime committed on April 10, 2016;

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On April 10, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.123% among blood transfusions on April 13:35, 2016, and driven the two-lane road in front of “E” located in Dongbcheon City D, along the one-lane road from Dongbcheon elementary school.

At the time, the Defendant was changed to enter the two lanes in front of the above “E”, and thus, the Defendant was obliged to operate a direction direction when changing the vehicle line to a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle and to pay a duty of care to change the vehicle line by giving an advance notice of change of course and considering the traffic situation on the front side and the right side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and caused the victim F(27 tax) who was stopped on the right side of the two-lane by changing the lane into the right side of the vehicle, and the front part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the 8-day catum catum, tension, etc., for the number of days of treatment due to such occupational negligence.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (In the event of an accident) by the Defendant, as described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, 583,812 won of the repair cost, such as replacement of the left side of the vehicle, was destroyed by the damaged vehicle and escaped without stopping the vehicle and taking necessary measures.

Drivers of motor vehicles, etc. violating road traffic laws shall have committed two or more acts, such as signal violations and central invasions, or continue one act.
