A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On December 30, 2019, around 21:28, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in the D convenience points operated by the victim C, which was operated by the victim C, in order to prevent any negligence in monitoring the employees whose names cannot be known, the Defendant stolen one health-related assistant distribution unit equivalent to 15,500 won at the market price owned by the victim; (b) one health-related assistant distribution unit equivalent to 18,500 won at the market price; and (c) one health-related assistant distribution unit equivalent to 18,500 won at the market price.

C. On December 31, 2019, at around 21:29, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in the surveillance of employees who are unable to know their names at the places specified in paragraph (1)-B; (b) thereby cutting off one wireless phiphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 20,000, the victim’s market price.
At around 23:00 on January 1, 2020, the Defendant stolen KRW 100,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim in the account room, by taking advantage of the gap in the frequency of J operated by the victim I, who was in the account room, due to the negligence of surveillance by the victim I.
E. At around 22:00 on January 5, 2020, the suspect: (a) placed a 21,900 SICH Blus-T50 Blus-T50 cellphones in the store of the first-class electronic equipment located in K, which used the gap in the surveillance of its employees; (b) cut off by putting 4 SICH Blus 21,90 won in the market price and 24,900 WB-T50 won in the store.
2. Night building thief;
A. On January 2, 2020, around 01:02, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant through the back of a restaurant where the victim I finished his business and did not correct the gap; and (b) stolen 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim, at the place specified in paragraph (d) of Article 1, with the victim’s cash equivalent to 30,000 won.
B. On January 6, 2020, the Defendant completed the business of the victim I and completed the restaurant at the place described in paragraph (d) of No. 1 at around 00:12.
