At around 16:30 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 3 Dong-Jail Park, the Hanju-si, the North Korean Won-si, 2155, brought about a dispute with the victim D (57 years of age); (b) gred the part above the left side of the victim; (c) gred the part above the part of the victim's left side; and (d) gred the part above the victim's left side one time with the part of the victim's hands back to the victim.

As a result, the Defendant put the victim into the “influence of the left side and the right side influence,” which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

However, the victim shall be punished by a fine in consideration of the following factors: the victim shall also take into account his/her mutual desire with the defendant, the degree of injury suffered by the victim is not much serious, and the defendant reflects his/her wrongness, etc.; and the punishment shall be determined as ordered in consideration of all the sentencing factors prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, relationship with the victim, circumstances after the crime, etc.
