Punishment of the crime
On March 5, 2013, around 20:45, the Defendant driven a two-way vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 100 meters at a section of approximately 100 meters from the place where it is impossible to find out a fluence not more than a fluorial-dong, Yongsan-gu, Mangsan-si to the same 410-dong village.
