Reasons

Indication of Claim: The plaintiff, as a creditor of indemnity amount of the owner B of the real estate stated in the disposition, seeks, by subrogation, the cancellation of the registration of the establishment of the collateral on the ground that the period of prescription of the secured obligation has expired.
