Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an employee who delivers medicines in Ansan-si, a member B and C, and the victim D is a person who works with the above company as an assistant for the Defendant.
1. Violence;
A. At around 11:00 on March 20, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s her son on a one-time basis with the right hand hand, with the victim’s head at one time and right hand, on the ground that the victim did not take personnel care of the security guards.
B. On March 21, 2019, at around 15:30, the Defendant avoided tobacco in the “C” smoking room located in Ansan-si Group B, Ansan-si, and assaulted the victim by cutting down the victim’s side wall by hand.
2. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven at the driver’s seat of the cargo vehicle of the “C”, which is in operation as a business partner on March 21, 2019, led the victim’s left seat to the right by force by indecent act.
B. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on March 21, 2019, laid down the victim’s stairs of the members B and C of Ansan-si, and caused indecent act by force by force by force on the inside of the victim’s bucks where the said stairs were lowered.
The court recognizes the criminal facts by partially changing the facts without the amendment process, to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense based on evidence duly adopted
3. Around 08:00 on March 26, 2019, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim on the ground that the victim is working in another place among employees who are carrying medicine in the vehicle for delivery by the members B and C of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the vice president of C, on the ground that the victim is working in another place.
