The defendant was a person who had performed guard duties at the U.S. Embassy B in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 32 from around 2003 to March 2010.

1. Around January 8, 2008, the Defendant told the Victim C at the Nonghyup Bank located in the Nong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nong Noise and Vibration to find employment with the U.S. Embassy two months after the lapse of the two months, on the part of the week, the Defendant: (a) around January 8, 2008, the Defendant stated that “I will return the money received if he is not sexually dead.”

However, the defendant was in charge of guard duties at the U.S. Embassy, and did not have the authority to get employed by the victims to the U.S. Embassy, and at the time, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to return the money received from the victims if he did not comply with the employment promise made by the victim because he did not have any specific property even though he borrowed 100-2 million won from the surrounding persons in the absence of any specific property, other than a monthly salary of 1.6 million won and a monthly rent of 5 million won.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, made a false statement and received six copies of a one million won check from the victim on the same day, and acquired six million won.

2. On October 23, 2009, around October 23, 2009, the criminal defendant stated that "the defendant, at the same place as above, at the victim C, the victim said that "it would be more than 10 million won for other persons, but less money, and thus, it would not be good to find employment."

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim as stated in paragraph (1) above, the victim did not have the intent or ability to work the victim's children to the U.S. Embassy, and the employment promised to the victim was not properly made.
