1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract as of August 6, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: The description is as shown in the separate sheet and the written application for modification of the claims; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, to partially dismiss the claim portion for delay damages.
