Reasons

2. Judgment on deemed confessions based on recognition (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act): The defendant is only served with a duplicate of the complaint and submitted a written response to the formal contents; the plaintiff did not submit a substantive written response disputing the plaintiff's claim thereafter; and the plaintiff did not appear at the date for pleading; therefore, all of the plaintiff's allegations are deemed to have been led to confessions.
