Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2017, at around 02:11, the Defendant driven B-wheeled two-wheeled vehicles with alcohol concentration of 0.215% in blood on the Greencheon Underground Road located at 66-gil 22, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with alcohol concentration of 0.215%.
