A is the president of Defendant C Co., Ltd (F, the representative director of Defendant A) for the purpose of selling agricultural and fishery products, processing marine products, transporting marine cargo, etc. in Gyeong-nam, and from around 2013, a person in charge of overall business affairs of the above company from around 2013, and Defendant B is the captain of G (77 tons) who is an international active fish carrier owned by the above company and takes charge of transportation of food imported goods of the above company.
