1. The defendant shall make a nutrition registration office of Daegu District Court on January 5, 1967 with respect to the plaintiff's 21,606 square meters of forest C forest land in Gyeonggi-do.
Reasons
1. The Defendant’s superficies on the 21,606 square meters of forests and fields C in the Gyeongbuk-gun, the indication of the claim was extinguished due to the expiration of the term.
Therefore, the registration of creation of superficies which was completed on January 5, 1967 by the Daegu District Court Nutrition Office of the said forest should be cancelled.
