[Criminal Facts]
1. On November 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 15:05, the Defendant reported the victim, who was cleaning his/her fingers in Daegu-gun E (46 years old); (b) reported that “the victim would report to the police as he/she was within his/her fingers”; and (c) assaulted the victim, who was in his/her fingers in his/her hand, 3:4 times the victim’s upper part of his/her fingers, and fluens in his/her said fingers by spreading the victim.”
2. On December 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) found the victim F in front of the victim F in Daegu-gun F, Daegu-gun, and (b) destroyed the victim’s 14:30 of the cargo vehicle in order to prevent the victim from getting into another place until the police officer’s father, the Defendant intending to get the victim to be investigated about the illegal dismissal of the Defendant; (c) extracted the frank of the victim’s key, which is the victim’s possession, posted on the said cargo vehicle; and (d) destroyed the victim’s 2 keys of the fri-con vehicle, which is the victim’s possession, by leaving the flick in the near and leaving it into water, to bear the 40,000 won repair cost.
3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On November 20, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a H Poter truck from about 200 meters to the front road of F located in the same Gun on the road in front of the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gun G, Daegu-gun, up to the front road of F in the same Gun. On the same day, around 15:00 on the same day, from around 200 meters to the front road of the Defendant’s house to the front road of the Defendant’s house.
B. On December 4, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a vehicle around 14:30 on December 4, 2016, driving the said Poter at a section of about 200 meters from the Defendant’s home to the front road of the said F’s house.
