1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 532,257,325 and KRW 252,815,036, respectively, from April 30, 2007 to 39.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim is the transferee of the claim established by the judgment of Seoul Central District Court Decision 2008Da2226397, which is a claim for part of the judgment amount in order to interrupt the extinctive prescription.
